Making the oil
Key to success
Each olive begins its journey by being hand picked and assessed for its ripeness. They are then hand washed, removed of any impurities, and cold pressed. The olives are ground up with stones to create an oily mixture, which is put through a centrifuge, and finally fine matched. The end result is our beautiful, clean, and outstanding oil.
